On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Chris Hill continues talking about ways you can improve and win.

Below are some incredible notes to help you navigate this podcast!

  1. Change now before you must
Do you think you should change?
    1. You are going to change, the question is are you going to do it voluntarily or are we going to drag you through it
    2. Life doesn’t wait for people who will not change
    3. So the question becomes, are you going to change on the front end and make money from it or are you going to change on the back end and miss out because of it.
    4. Change equals either growth if we do it readily or grief if we do it reluctantly
    5. It is easy to get caught up in our own success that we don’t know when to change
    6. People change quicker in failure than in success
      1. But if you don’t change while your successful it is the downward spin to becoming unsuccessful
    7. A real leader is to be a change agent
      1. The test for a real leader is if they can be a positive change agent in the life of others
    8. Couple notes about change

      2. You can choose your pain when it comes to change
  • With change you can pay now so that you can pay less later
  1. Where do you need to make changes at today?

Wherever you see change is needed, don’t delay.  It’s far easier to prevent damage now than to repair it later.

  1. Deliver what you promise
    1. If you can’t deliver, don’t promise it
    2. Without integrity there is no trust, without trust there is no confidence, without confidence there is no leadership, without leadership there is no progress
    3. 2 Kinds of people
      1. Those who do
      2. Those who don’t
    4. A promise is kept only at the moment of completion
    5. In following through you learn to gain control
  2. Don’t Make Excuses
    1. Every successful person could give you multiple reasons why they shouldn’t make it
    2. Businesses that succeeds are ones that don’t make excuses and get the job done

      1. It doesn’t matter how many times you fail, you only have to hit success once
      2. It’s wonderful when the people believe in the leader, its even more wonderful when the leader believes in the people
    4. Give more to others than they expect
      1. Don’t judge each day by the harvest you receive, but instead by the seeds you sow.
