On this week’s episode of The Wednesday Call with Andy Albright talked about working hard to “doubt and do” instead of exercising in “doubt and fears.”

When you make a bad decision do you let it wreck your day? Instead, try to move forward after you have made a bad decision. Move forward. Keep a positive attitude and use that attitude to make good decisions. If you call a person and it doesn’t well, don’t let that carry over to the next person you call. Tell yourself the next call will be awesome and the person who answers will be a great person.

What keeps you from making phone calls? It is a lot like exercise. You don’t always want to do it, but you know it is in your best interest to do it. Just do it. Successful people don’t like working out, but they know it is necessary to live the life they want to live. Put it on your calendar and then do it. We all have choices and decisions to make. Most people struggle with it on a daily basis.

If you can find a passionate person then I will bet you your chance of success with them is much higher than if you work with a person on the fence. You have to focus on the positive and avoid the negative. People are smarter than you think. People live up or down based on the expectations that you set for them. If a person hasn’t heard “something” before then it is hard for them to “get it” until you explain it.

People will fight, flight or freeze. What will you do? Work hard to keep negative words from coming out of your mouth. Stay positive. Do most important things then get to the other stuff.

People perform better when they are happy and excited. Give them a reason to be that way by encouraging them with your words, thoughts and actions.

Learn about 5 ways you can create power when you speak on the March 23, 2016 episode of The Wednesday Call with Andy Albright.

Albright hosted The Wednesday Call live from AMP Studios at National Agents Alliance headquarters with this question in mind: Do you truly THINK before speaking or asking questions when you deal with people on daily basis?

You might not realize it, but you carry great power when you speak to others. Andy wants to share five ways to create power when you speak to people. The Alliance knows it to be true.

You’ve probably heard the phrase, “Sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never harm me.”

The truth is that words do hurt people. They hurt people a lot. You can choose to use your words in a good way and it will change lives.

Trust and Truth: When people believe and trust, they will take action faster. People give mental and verbal assessment to what they are told. They are trying to figure things out in their head. When people come and discover it for themselves, they hold it with conviction.

Heart: Is what you are saying to a person positive? Will your words make things better or worse? Be helpful when you talk to people. It will help make things better. You can help correct a person, but you can do it in a positive way. Are you motivating people to do better? Encouragement is exactly what people want to hear.

Inspirational: Are you inspiring people to perform at a higher level? Are you promoting things in the right way? Encourage people to be part of the team with you.

Needed: Is the conversation needed? Are you speaking intentionally? Too often people spend their words talking about topics that do not matter. Make sure you are speaking and listening in an effort to learn more about the person and how you can be of value to them.

Kindness: Are you acting out of love? Are you compassionate? Are you treating people the way you want to be treated? Word hard to control your tongue and use your words in a good manner.

Please remember to THINK before you speak. When you talk you can be a powerful force if you are deliberate about what you say to people. What you say can be exactly what a person needs to hear to change their lives for the better.

Andy spent a large portion of the show interviewing people in attendance who are "doing the do" with The Alliance. Listen closely to the questions he is asking people and how he asks them. This is a great way to learn what types of people you are looking for and what type of people are finding success with The Alliance.

One key piece of the discussion was the importance of reading more and spending time around the right people who are where you want to be.

Andy held a series of GS3 interviews with people in the audience. To learn more about GS3, please visit http://bit.ly/1R3tAwH.

Do you feel properly equipped? Do you feel inspired? What is your mindset? There will always be problems in life. Will you be prepared to deal with them and get through them?

As we head well into 2016, The Alliance wants you to remember seven things to keep our mindset right.

  1. Have Gratitude
  2. See the humor in things
  3. Plan now for discouragement and fear
  4. Don't be a product of your environment, make your environment a product of you
  5. Get and keep clarity to help you figure out your top three priorities
  6. Perspective - reflect on the wins not the losses
  7. Know that you have already won

How to get rid of the negatives in your life? Make appointments for positivity. Get on the phone and make sales appointments. Help new people get started.

Decide that positivity is a positive thing. People need your approval and by you staying positive, you will help negative people work on being more positive about things in life. You can throw dirt or take ground. People struggle with this every day. People are trained to respond in kind to whatever they hear, but you have to decide that you are going to be positive even when people are being negative.

Can you let "it" go? People have a hard time letting things go. We all know people that can't let things go and they compound their struggles because of that fact. It makes things worse when you can't move on. Focus on moving on. If you show love and keep giving to others, it will turn into the real deal. We are not happy because we sing, we sing because we are happy. Make a decision to be happy and smile.

In July of 2002, Andy woke up and decided he had had it with where he was at in his life. He wanted more and was sick and tired of mediocrity. He decided he was going to go all in and work as hard as he had to in order to get what he wanted. He didn't want what he had because he wasn't happy with that. He was looking to the future and he was going to make a difference for the people he cared about. Andy had the dream and he finally woke up when he realized life didn't have to be the same today as it was yesterday.
