On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright comes to you live from his home in Treasure Island, Fla. to tell you what hard work looks like and the three necessary elements that come with it.

"Things may come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle." --Abraham Lincoln

The Three Necessary Elements:

1. Commitment To Excellence -- when your dedication through discipline toward a goal meets your pride through perseverance in the mundane.

"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch a commitment to excellence." --Vince Lombardi

2. Consistency In The Process -- when your obedience toward the obligated meets your attention toward the crucial.

"The man who moves a mountain begins by consistently carrying away small stones." --Confucius

3. Loyalty Toward Completion -- when your devotion through faithfulness meets your optimism through perception.

"Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens ... but let him not vow to walk in the dark, who has not seen the nightfall." --J.R.R. Tolken

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright comes to you live from his home in Treasure Island, Fla. to talk about to keep rowing your boat to build your business.

"Row the Boat" translates to energy, sacrifice and direction buoyed by a "never give up" attitude.

Row The Boat Analogy:

• Energy: is represented by the rowing of your Oar (which is a symbol of your strength). The oar takes you where you want to go as long as you exhibit the energy and don't stop rowing (by keeping your oar engaged with the water). This continuous rowing allows you to master the mundane (by developing the trained behavior of rowing).

The Energy Example: The Energy becomes the micro choice to execute the task of rowing away from your past with activity in the present.

For example: The Alliance rowing would be dialing and the oar would be the phone.

• Sacrifice -- is represented by the floating of your Boat (which is a symbol of endurance). The bigger your boat, the farther you can go. The more you sacrifice, the bigger your boat is going to get. Small boats sink in storms, big boats stay afloat through a storm. Your ability to float permits you to do the do (by accepting the mundane habit of floating).

The Sacrifice Example: The Sacrifice becomes the macro perspective to maintain the task in the future.

For example: The Alliance floating is staying connected while the boat represents depth and width.

• Direction -- is represented by the navigating of your Compass (which is a symbol exploration). The compass directs you to the opportunity. If you want to be extraordinary, you have to seek out the extraordinary. You can't discover your future without controlling your present course. Your attention to navigating what you can control prompts you to get your mind right (by forming a positive mindset).

The Direction Example: The Direction becomes the growth to mature while navigating within the present task.

For example: The Alliance navigating would be utilization of our ARC system and the compass would be setting and charting your goals and growth within its system.

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright comes to you live from his home in Treasure Island, Fla. for a special edition with Brian Tracy, a best-selling author and speaker.

Tracy’s goal for the show was to help show people how you can be more successful by helping more people.

You can’t give away what you don’t have. How many people would like to double their income? The simple answer is to double your face time with people. The numbers show that if you double the number of people you see and talk to then you will double your income.

The way you use your time will determine your results.

** How to set and achieve all your goals (7 things) **

Be specific … write it down. Decide exactly what you want

Make it measurable

Set a deadline

Make a list … keep adding to it

Organize the list by priority

Take action … now

Do something every day that moves you at least one step closer to your most important goal

What successful people do?

Rise by 6 a.m.

Read 30-60 minutes in your field daily

Rewrite your 10 goals every day – present tense, personal, positive

Plan each day in advance – make a list

Listen to audio in your car

Ask 2 magic questions: What did I do right? What would I do differently?

Treat everybody you meet like a million-dollar customer – including your family!

Do this daily … it works!

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright comes to you live from Treasure Island, Fla. to talk abut the four commitment challenges. Andy will share how you can identify and overcome hindrances that can block you from being more successful.

The Four Commitment Challenges:

1). Everybody wants to be taken somewhere Warning: Never assume people understand how your system can change their lives. Tell Them! If we don't tell people where we're taking them, they'll engage in a system that will.

Solution: With any unknown, people need assurance in the form of a promise. Such as, in a variation of the Men's Warehouse promise, "You're going to like the way you're living."

2). Everybody wants someone to fix their problem. Warning: People do not want to change, but they will accept assistance quick-fixing their problems. Be careful not to appear as a rescuer from their drama. If your advice or suggestion to fix causes further problems, then you will be blamed for making it worse. This blame will become the reason or excuse why their commitment to Our System falters.

Solution: When an agent decides to participate in our system, they're essentially saying, "I believe you can help me solve my problem." Your next step should be two things: 1). brainstorming why they have a problem and 2). determining a course of action to fix said problem. The main goal here is to teach them to exert control over their environment in the future.

3). Everybody wants to avoid risk

Warning: Once people verbally commit, they are still subconsciously pondering risk with the following three questions:

• "What if this system doesn't work?"

• "What if I'm a fool for investing in this system?"

• "Can I even do this?"

Solution:

"What if this system doesn't work?"

Counter with, "Do you want it to work?"

"What if I'm a fool for investing in this system?"

Counter with, "Do you need this to work?"

"Can I even do this?"

Counter with, "Are you willing to make this work?"

4). Everybody wants a roadmap to success

Warning:

 • Aggressive Type A Personality:
Their "want" to be great (desire to claim freedom) drives
their "willingness" to succeed (desire to sacrifice).

• Passive Type B Personality:
Their "willingness" to succeed (desire to sacrifice) influences
Their "want" to be great (desire to claim freedom).

Solution:
In order to shut down Type A's objections of a roadmap:

Their "end" (a "Result") must justify Their "mean" (the "Do").

In order to shut down Type B's excuses from implementing a roadmap: Their "mean" (the "Do") must justify their "end" (a "Result").

Summary: In the movie "The Karate Kid," Mr. Miyagi introduces his version of "Doing The Do" called, "wax on, wax off." Daniel had to trust his teacher's non-traditional training methods (by mastering the mundane), before he saw progress.

Apr 28, 2021

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright discusses the four Alliance brand beliefs.

The Four Alliance Brand Beliefs

1). Our Villain Belief: We must end the cycle of poverty for our generation and generations to come.

Reason to Identify a Villain: promotes a sense of community through uniting together against the common enemy of poverty.

Belief Dilemma: Determining what you are willing to sacrifice in order to change the status quo.

1). Belief Quote: "If we do not act right now by taking advantage

of the opportunity, if we do not act responsibly by introducing others to the opportunity, we risk slipping deeper into a cycle of poverty, where choice will be stripped away forever." -- Andy Albright

Moral: As in the airline analogy, we must put our mask on first (lift ourselves out of poverty), before we can assist others putting their mask on (lift others out of poverty).

2). Our External Belief: We want to help families.

Reason to Identify the External: Provides a feeling of selflessness through the families helped by "Doing The Do."

Belief Dilemma: Discovering what you can accomplish is bigger than hanging on to nonproductive and time-consuming habits.

Belief Quote: "All important work has a cost. The true test is in the 'do' and to embrace its time commitment as a service to others." -- Andy Albright

Moral: The price to pay is never more rewarding than when you are helping others achieve their goals, while at the same time, protecting the American family.

3). Our Internal Belief: We need to get free.

Reason to Identify the Internal: Exercises the power of choice through a decision to take back your life by simply "Mastering the Mundane."

Belief Dilemma: Recognizing how to get what you want will require the introduction of productive and process-driven habits.

3). Belief Quote: "Huge opportunities to help others get free surround us every day in the form of selling, recruiting and building. So get your mind right and keep your head on a swivel." -- Andy Albright

Moral: Getting your mind right refers to first, recognizing the choice to get free. Second, accepting the mundane steps to achieve such freedom. Nobody is trying to change the KFC recipe invented 68 years ago. They are just following the directions of the successful formula each and everyday.

4). Our Rational Belief: We believe everyone deserves a shot.

Reason to Identify the Rational: Produces a pledge of fairness when we introduce the opportunity to everyone.

Belief Dilemma: Deciding to change another's course in life by ignoring the temporary awkwardness of meeting a stranger and avoiding the urge to assume your friends are not interested.

4). Belief Quote: "No two people are the same. You cannot equate people, but you can provide a fair system that creates equal opportunity. The real challenge afterward is letting everyone know it exists." -- Andy Albright

Moral: Our system does not require talent as a prerequisite but rather is based on the premise that whoever shall do will prosper. Our biggest challenge moving forward will be convincing the masses that a fair place exists to make a living not based on "who you know" but "what you do."

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright talks about why you get what you expect. Do you raise your activity level to meet your expectations? You can't lower expectations because of your activity. You get what you expect!

"Don't lower your expectations to meet your activity. Raise your activity level to meet your expectations." --Andy Albright

You Get What You Expect: The Three Steps

1). Start Every Morning Setting Expectations (Want Big).

"If people aren't calling you crazy, then you are not wanting big enough." --Andy Albright

2). Seek Turning Abstract Feelings Into Concrete

Expectations (Receive Big).

"Don't wish for a better tomorrow if you are not willing to receive it." --Andy Albright

3). Strive Turning Negative Emotions into Positive

Expectations (Believe Big).

"When you believe in the impossible, you can pursue it as possible." --Andy Albright

1). Start Every Morning Setting Expectations ("I ought to" into "I want to").

• Declare how you want your day to go

• Line up your energy to attract bigger things

2). Seek Turning Abstract Feelings into Concrete Expectations ("I wish I had a shot" into "I will take advantage of the opportunity").

• Become excited about creating your goals.

• Shift your whole mindset to allowing your goal to happen.

3). Strive Turning Negative Emotions into Positive Expectations ("I can't" into "I can" mentally).

• Adjust your fixed views (a need to be right) to create perspective.

• Resist fewer (your need to find excuses) to flow faster.

Feb 17, 2021

On this episode of The Wednesday Call podcast, Andy Albright comes to you live from his home in Treasure Island, Fla. to talk about the four basic fears in business and how you can overcome them.

"Great power comes by simply opening a possibility for people to believe what they already want to believe."

Moral: Facing your fears takes courage, but overcoming your fears is transformative. Show others that if they believe they deserve better, then they can defeat their fears and take back their lives.

But the reward of that victory must outweigh the risk of staying stagnant.

Four Basic Fears In Business:

1). Fear of Competition (Feeling of being inadequate).

Advice: Concentrate on activity (Doing 40/40).

"Get busy not because you want to, but because you got to. Do your way into a feel." -- Andy Albright

2). Fear of Criticism (Feeling of being attacked).

Advice: Commit to a decision or goal (Going partner).

"Desire starts the engine, but commitment keeps the foot to the pedal. I have decided to be N247." -- Andy Albright

3). Fear of Rejection (Feeling of being a failure).

Advice: Crusade for a cause (Helping families).

"When you play for others, you play bigger than yourself. Make a difference with your activity." -- Andy Albright

4). Fear of Risk (Feeling of being uncertain).

Advice: Contribute toward a positive outcome (Investing in Leads).

"If there is no reward, there is no risk. The best cure for uncertainty is diving head first into the deep end of the pool." -- Andy Albright
